Job Description
We are seeking a talented maintenance professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property and a High School Diploma/GED. They will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical/appliance, and machinery repairs.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications (preferred)
