Job Description
The Maintenance Technician role requires a talented maintenance professional with experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property, providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license (depending on the needs of the property)
- HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications (preferred)
- Self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability
