Maintenance Technician skilled in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical/appliance, and machinery repair. Provides exceptional customer service and works within a team environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license (may be required)
- Preferred certifications: HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
