Job Description
The Property Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of an apartment community, including general administration, leasing and occupancy, maintenance of the property, and management of property associates. The role involves maintaining the physical assets and performance of the property to achieve the highest possible net operating income, while ensuring the quality of the property’s appearance and level of service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role and Property Management
- Preferred certifications: ARM, CPM, CAM, IREM
