Job Description
Property Manager is responsible for supervising daily operations of an apartment community, including administration, leasing, maintenance, and management of property associates. Maintains physical assets and performance of the property to achieve highest net operating income. Monitors regulatory compliance and company policies. Establishes communication system and completes performance evaluations. Responds to emergency situations and ensures highest level of performance and professionalism of supervised associates.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role and Property Management
- Preferred certifications: Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Property Manager (CAM), or Certified Property Manager (IREM)
