The Property Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of an apartment community, maintaining physical assets and performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance and company policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role and Property Management
- Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Property Manager (CAM), or Certified Property Manager (IREM) certifications preferred
