Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, NSCC, the successful candidate will monitor and control the real time operations of Brookfield’s hydro-electric, wind power, solar power and connected facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation on a 24x7 rotating shift basis. This is an on-site role based in our Gatineau, Quebec office.
Requirements
- A DCS (Diploma of College Studies) or a vocational studies diploma (DEP) or another related field, and/or work experience
- Knowledge of electrical theory, power system design, operation and control, associated mathematics and computer applications is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word and Excel
