Requirements

• Build a network of professional relationships and identify new leads
• Establish, cultivate, and manage customer relations
• Conduct risk management surveys and determine insurance coverage needs
• Provide continuous professional advice for improving insurance and risk management programs
• Secure and prepare documentation for new business and renewal proposals
• Present and sell new business and renewal proposals
• Review and resolve client disputes
• Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Actively participate in social, civic, trade organizations and industry associates
• Promote teamwork within department and profit center
• Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards
• Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information and new product development
