Account Manager - Strategic Sales

BrowserStack is a cloud-based software testing platform empowering customers to deliver high-quality software at speed. The company is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow strategic customer accounts, engage with technical stakeholders, and drive expansion and retention excellence.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of B2B SaaS experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a farming / Account Management focused role
• Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding expansion, renewal, and net revenue retention targets
• Recent experience in Account Management, Farming, Expansion, Upsell / Cross-sell
• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering / Technology background preferred
