As a Senior Hiring Researcher at Brunswick Group, you will play a critical role in attracting and securing senior-level talent for our growing Americas region. This is a high-impact, strategically critical role for the firm, collaborating closely with our broader Senior Hiring team to stay on the front foot of vetting the senior talent market, building thoughtful engagement and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with talent research and sourcing strategy, preferably within a fast-paced executive search firm
- Functional expertise in recruiting candidates for financial and/or crisis communications, corporate affairs, public relations or strategic management consulting
- Proven success in sourcing senior or executive-level candidates, juggling multiple requisitions and clients in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, exceptional project and time management, and written and verbal communication skills
- Accustomed to working with senior executives and presenting with poise and professionalism
- Preference for experience using the Greenhouse ATS, Microsoft Office
