The role involves partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, engage, and attract top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in sourcing or research and fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a sourcing or research role
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to identify and engage with top talent across multiple channels
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, platforms, and Boolean search techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
