As a Talent Sourcer at BTSE, you will build our global talent pipeline by partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, engage, and attract top talent across various functions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a sourcing or research role.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to identify and engage with top talent across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
