You will work closely with our development team to promptly resolve any errors or issues that may arise. You will verify any software bugs and capture improvement suggestions in our support database. You will also manage status updates on our software development and forward them to our customers.
You have a positive attitude towards life, are a friendly and open person with a pleasant phone voice and good communication skills. You have technical knowledge of software solutions or are willing to develop this expertise. You are able to achieve high customer satisfaction through effective communication and customer orientation. You are proficient in the German language and spelling. You enjoy helping others through problem-solving and have excellent teamworking skills. You are able to integrate easily into our existing team.
