Job Description

They are seeking a Customer Engineer to collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams, focusing on technical integrations, AI adoption, customer problem-solving, and enablement of customers. The role involves leading technical initiatives, troubleshooting issues, and advocating for customer needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with (or a strong curiosity about) prompt design, generative AI tools, or LLM-based development workflows.
- Familiarity with modern web architectures (headless CMS, APIs, GraphQL) and data and content flow through large systems.
- Proven success supporting or implementing complex software solutions for enterprise customers.
- Strategic thinking ability to translate technical and business needs into clear plans.
