We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Builders FirstSource. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for representing the company with the largest or most complex customers, understanding customer needs, and identifying products and services to meet these requirements. You will also participate in a leadership role, helping to train and develop less experienced members of the sales staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Two (2) years prior sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Office Suite
