Built is a growth-stage company at the intersection of FinTech and PropTech, seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to articulate its value proposition to large commercial real estate developers, investors, and general contractors. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with 4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, capable of working independently and transforming the business of construction.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned market segment
- Understand the prospect’s business through excellent discovery and qualification
- Deliver the Built value proposition in a clear and compelling manner to C-suite executives and decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and build business cases for adoption
- Progress opportunities through various types and sizes of companies involved in construction to close software agreements
- Coordinate with executive management and other internal teams to ensure a great client experience
- Rapidly learn the market, the decision-makers, our products, and the value propositions, successfully meeting or exceeding agreed-upon quotas
