Risk, Control and Governance Manager

We are seeking a Risk, Control and Governance Manager to strengthen our product governance, risk and control frameworks, supporting the development of innovative healthcare products that meet regulatory requirements and deliver good customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in risk governance, controls and incident management, including root cause analysis and remediation planning.
• Experience working within a complex, regulated environment, where strong governance and assurance are critical.
• 3+ years' relevant experience in risk, governance, controls or incident management roles.
• Ability to analyse performance, risk and incident data to identify trends and drive meaningful improvements.
• Clear understanding of how governance and controls support good customer, regulatory and commercial outcomes.
