Risk & Incident Officer

We are looking for a Risk & Incident Officer to support the delivery of robust risk, control, and governance practices across UK Insurance Operations. The role involves identifying, managing, and mitigating risk, strengthening controls, and ensuring customer outcome risks are well understood and effectively managed.

Requirements

• Experience working within risk, controls, governance or incident management roles
• Understanding of risk management frameworks, including risk identification, control assessment and mitigation
• Experience working in a regulated or controlled environment
