Risk and Assurance Manager

Charles Street Finance is a specialist secured lender seeking a Risk and Assurance Manager to support the Business Assurance Director in delivering a robust risk and assurance framework. The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development of the risk management framework, challenge and support risk owners, and lead incident management.

Requirements

• Strong background in operational risk / assurance / audit
• Experience identifying risks and controls, completing control testing, updating RCSA's, managing incidents and documenting procedures
• Ability to influence, challenge and communicate effectively at all levels, including senior stakeholders
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful insights
• Highly organised, detail-orientated and comfortable managing multiple priorities
