Inside Sales Representative

BusRight is a technology platform that provides safe and reliable transportation for students. We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team and focus on small school districts. This role involves building relationships with transportation leaders, driving net-new business acquisition, and growing market share.

Requirements

• 3+ years of new business technology sales experience
• Successful track record of managing forecasts and closing net-new logos
• K12 industry selling experience highly desirable
• Experience running sales motions through modern tech stack
• Strong engagement and qualification skills
• Ability to lead and run personalized sales conversations and demos
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results-oriented, self-motivated mindset with strong conviction for customer success
