Inside Sales Representative

BusRight is a technology platform that makes school transportation safer, smarter, and more equitable. We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to focus on small school districts, driving net-new business acquisition and growing market share.

Requirements

• 3+ years of 'new business' technology sales experience
• K12 industry selling experience is highly desirable but not required
• Experience in running sales motions through a modern tech stack
• Strong engagement and qualification skills
• Ability to lead and run personalized sales conversations and sales demos
• Results-oriented, self-motivated mindset with strong conviction for customer success
