Job Description
BusRight is a technology platform that makes school transportation safer, smarter, and more equitable. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will own the full sales cycle and build real relationships with transportation leaders in your territory to bring BusRight to districts that have been overlooked for too long.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ânew businessâ technology sales experience with a successful track record of managing forecasts and closing net-new logos
- Experienced in running sales motions through a modern tech stack using CRM and outreach platforms to prioritize opportunities and personalization
- Strong engagement and qualification skills, understanding that converting opportunities is more about building rapport, consultatively selling with value vs. features
