The Client Manager plays a crucial role in establishing and strengthening client relationships while driving member engagement and growth for RealTime Solutions (RTS).
Requirements
- Establish and maintain rapport with top member accounts assigned through outbound calling and business reviews.
- Grow segment revenue and program participation through proactive operator engagement, educating them on feature/promotion optimization, driving data connection, and encouraging actions such as reward claims or point redemptions to maximize program value.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent RTS and build operator and manufacturer relationships.
- Develop and maintain internal processes, best practices, and documented operating procedures focused on continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update all potential and current member/operator information in CRMs (IRIS, Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and visibility across teams.
- Inspire and cultivate manufacturer leads by aligning operator needs with brand programs and promotions.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-quality operator leads and cross-brand (CIT) opportunities.
