Client Success Partner

As a Client Success Partner, you will build and maintain relationships with our clients and provide ongoing day-to-day account support, recommending cost-saving solutions and managing processes to optimize the productivity of their fleet.

Requirements

• BS or BA in business or related field is required. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2-5 years Client service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment
• Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, environment.
• Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships based on mutual trust at all levels in the organization.
• Demonstrated history of being able to obtain and effectively analyze data, identify trend/issues, solicit input, look at all perspectives, reach logical decisions or recommendations and acts quickly to implement solutions
