Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director, Tax Operations, to lead our tax service delivery, ensuring accurate and timely compliance for thousands of restaurant locations across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. This hands-on leadership position requires deep expertise in tax compliance, operational excellence, and team development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of tax compliance/operations experience
- 4+ years in a leadership role (Director/Manager level preferred)
- Hands-on familiarity with tax engines and payroll platforms
- Experience with tax technology implementation, workflow automation, and system integrations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) strongly preferred
