Job Description
Join Goodwin's Global Operations Team and make a real impact on a global scale. As a Director, Tax Operations and Strategy, you will lead the firm's tax function, develop strategies to enhance the firm's worldwide tax position, and ensure global tax compliance obligations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience
- Advanced degree (MST/MSA) or CPA strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in international, state, partnership, and individual tax
- Demonstrated success in leading tax transformation initiatives, including automation and technology integration
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable addressing complex and sensitive tax inquiries with discretion and clarity
- Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver high-quality service to partners, senior leadership, and colleagues
