The Manager of Account Management will be responsible for expansion and renewal revenue across current customers and driving quarterly targets. This role will manage a team of 5-6 Account Managers and report directly to the Director of Customer Experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing SaaS roles, leading commercial or post-sales revenue teams, and owning renewals and expansion revenue.
