Job Description
The VP, Counsel will provide general advice and counsel on transactional and legal matters to advance BXP's business objectives. The role involves analyzing, structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, as well as providing legal advice on litigation and collections/bankruptcy matters. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience, with a BS/BA degree and Juris Doctor degree. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to interact with co-workers, contractors, vendors, tenants, and outside attorneys in an articulate, courteous, and professional manner.
