Requirements
- Education & Experience – Some college or technical school courses in a related field and 1-2 years of previous related experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills – Well-developed abilities and a proven track record in Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Strong Verbal and Written Communication, Active Listening, Detail Oriented, Multitasking
- Key Competencies – Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Drives Results, Action Oriented
