Emergency Department Clerical Team Leader

The Emergency Department Clerical Team Leader will oversee the administrative functions within the Emergency Department at Cabrini Malvern, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a customer service or healthcare administration environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in medical administration, business or a related field (or working towards completion).
• Strong people management, coaching and workforce planning skills with the ability to lead and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology, patient management systems (such as WebPAS), Medicare billing and private health funding models.
