Provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership, manage meeting coordination, and act as a trusted partner to executives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting executive-level leaders (Vice President and above)
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with procurement and expense systems such as Coupa or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support several leaders concurrently with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to independently manage tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce professional meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up communications
- High level of professionalism, maturity, discretion, and sound judgment; ability to always maintain confidentiality
- Positive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm, adaptable, and effective under pressure
