Requirements

• 6+ years in people, HR, or talent leadership
• Experience building people functions in a high-growth environment
• Operational credibility in compensation frameworks, performance processes, and multi-geography employment law
• Strong presence as a thought partner to the CEO and ELT
• Obsession with how people develop and what conditions produce growth
