CNC Swiss Set-up Operator III

Cadrex is searching for a CNC Swiss Set Up Operator III with prior experience working with Swiss Style CNC turning platforms. This role requires advanced expertise in CNC Swiss machining techniques, tooling setup, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines in a manufacturing environment
• Expertise in CNC programming languages, such as G-code and M-code, and proficiency in CAM software
• Strong knowledge of Swiss machining processes, tooling, materials, and tolerances
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, models, and technical specifications
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues and optimize CNC programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate machining projects
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
