As Strategic Partnerships Manager - DACH, you will be responsible for developing Cafeyn Premium distribution partnerships across Europe, with a primary focus on assigned countries, including the DACH region, and across multiple verticals. Your mission is to prospect and source new partners, lead the full sales cycle, and manage executive relationships with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships/Alliance/Channel, or Strategic Sales roles
- Experience in B2B2C distribution models (Telcos, Banks/Insurance, Retail/E-commerce, Hospitality/Travel, or related sectors)
- A proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP)
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-functional processes
- Solid grasp of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Ability to balance short-term sales execution with long-term partner value creation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey Cafeyn’s value proposition with impact
- Fluent in German & English; additional European languages are a strong asset
