Job Description
Calista Brice is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide centralized services for its 20+ companies. The successful candidate will develop versatile business skills, build relationships across diverse industries, and make a meaningful impact on the organization. The HR Generalist will assist with recruitment, onboarding, affirmative action, and other compliance-related activities for the Environmental Business Unit.
Requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Facilitate recruitment efforts by creating marketing job descriptions, posting job requisitions, and ensuring job postings meet all federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.
- Coordinate screening of Shareholders at external career sites to identify candidates who may qualify for open positions and determine interest.
