Brice Integrated is seeking a Records Specialist I to work on-site in Portland, Maine, supporting US Army Corps of Engineers environmental records management contracts with periodic travel to US Government Facilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize work on multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- General knowledge of research methods.
- Ability to perform basic research and analysis and prepare written summary of findings.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task and manage time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be flexible, adaptable, positive.
- Ability to pass a background check to obtain a government-issued identification card to access records management databases.
