Requirements
- Files, computerized indexes, and maintains records in firms' records management system
- Maintains records systems and procedures
- Coordinates data clean-up tasks
- Generate reports
- Assists internal clients with records management operations
- Trains new staff
- Manages sensitive and/or confidential documents
- Assists with departmental coverage
- Develops departmental procedures
