Job Description
CallMiner is seeking a Customer Success Director to lead the strategy, execution, and measurable value realization for a portfolio of customers. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of mid-size to large strategic accounts, deliver measurable customer outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success activities support revenue, growth, and retention goals.
