We're looking for a strategic, customer-centric Sales Solutions Specialist to lead the charge in implementing our innovative AI product, Voice Assist. As a Sales Solutions Specialist, your primary focus will be ensuring the technical and operational success of our customers as they onboard and scale their AI voice agents.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, or Customer Success role
- Hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, automation tools, and SaaS architecture
- Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and a focus on delivering value
