As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the dedicated growth partner and relationship owner for CallRail's largest accounts, maximizing lifetime value and MRR by driving high engagement and accelerating adoption of new services.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Partner Management, or Business Development, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing and growing large-scale partner relationships, focusing on retention and driving joint business outcomes
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and marketing concepts to C-level executives
- Experience in identifying and supporting co-marketing initiatives to strengthen partner relationships and drive growth
- A highly collaborative approach, comfortable working across internal and external teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to deliver on partner goals
