Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to lead our go-to-market engine and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, building and scaling systems and teams, and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and finance. The role requires experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related GTM leadership function, with a proven track record of building high-performance functions and driving commercial excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related GTM leadership function
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration and architecture
- Advanced analytical skills with mastery of tools such as Looker, Excel/Google Sheets, and HubSpot reporting
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-grade processes and workflows that scale across complex, multi-product or multi-segment GTM environments
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
