The Admissions Team Lead II will lead and develop a team of Admissions Counselors, support pipeline management, and maintain a positive, high-accountability culture.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume student-facing sales environments
- Prior leadership/management experience with direct-reports
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams toward performance goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
