Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

CAN Community Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to work in a clinical setting, assisting patients and performing medical intake procedures, phlebotomy, and front desk tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
• Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA) is required or ability to achieve certification within 6 months of hire.
• CPR certification required
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required.
