Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in business, finance or commerce or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in banking
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mortgage financing/servicing
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English)
- Knowledge of market trends and developments in Canada and of industry partners
- A strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Sound knowledge of mortgage financing and real estate laws, default remedy and/or property administration
