Job Description
CMHA Peel Dufferin is hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join the HART Hub Dufferin team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) team and provide integrated care to individuals with addictions and concurrent disorders. The role requires a Master's of Science in Nursing and Registered Nurse Practitioner (RN-EC) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Requirements
- Master's of Science in Nursing
- Registered Nurse Practitioner (RN-EC) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Mental Health and/or Addictions in a community setting
- Completed College Approved Controlled Substances Education Program
