Nurse Practitioner, Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic. The successful candidate will work with addiction counsellors, nurses, primary care providers, and other community health service providers to offer addiction medical support for individual clients living with mental illness and addiction through a harm-reduction lens.

Requirements

• Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse in the Extended Class
• Current, satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid
• Successful completion of the Prescribing Narcotics and Controlled Substances course
