Manager, Software and Systems Testing

Canoo is looking for a hands-on engineering manager to lead and grow the team of software test engineers responsible for validating the vehicle software. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent, and experience in manual and automated testing of vehicle ECUs.

Requirements

• Lead and grow the team of software test engineers
• Plan, Develop and execute test cases for vehicle software
• Support testing across all vehicle areas
• Support debugging of software issues at HIL bench and vehicle level
• Sign off features and functions before software is deployed to customer vehicles
• Create Test to requirements coverage matrix for complete vehicle Software
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to make continuous improvements in vehicle software
• Keep track and plan installation of test equipment and facilities
