Job Description
Apollo Applied Research is a virtual medical clinic offering accessible medical cannabis treatment for chronic health conditions. We're seeking a Bilingual Patient Care Specialist to nurture patient partnerships and provide high-quality medical assessments and education.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in practical nursing
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience
- Customer service & call center experience
- Hospitality and/or health care industry experience
- Experience with clinical databases or EMR systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and help people improve their health
