We are seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of 250+ customers in the DACH region, driving strong renewals, account growth, and long-term adoption of the Canto platform. The ideal candidate will have fluency in German language, 4+ years of experience in account management or CSM relationship, and a proven track record of driving upsells and cross-sells.
Requirements
- Fluency in German Language, spoken & written
- 4+ years of Account Management or CSM relationship experience working in software as a service (SaaS)
- Proven track record of driving upsells and cross-sells across add-on products
- Experience managing 200 – 300 customer accounts
- Experience creating account growth opportunities and presenting and selling across executive-level decision makers
- Highly proficient in CRM and CSP tools
