Job Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles in Japan, collaborating with Channel team, distributors, and resellers to drive scalable growth, and partnering with Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales
- Demonstrated experience selling to large enterprise customers in Japan
- Fluency in Japanese (verbal and written) with professional working proficiency in English
- Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and enterprise buying behaviours
- Strategic mindset with ability to tailor Canva’s value proposition
- Confident collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
